PSG have today been linked with a bid for N’Golo Kante in Le Parisien, with a €90m bid apparently being consisdered by the French club.
It all adds up to a busy week for the Frenchman, who picked up an injury a few days ago while playing for his country against Bulgaria, before then being named on the 30 man shortlist for the Ballon d’Or yesterday. Now he finds himself at what could be the start of a very long transfer saga.Still, Chelsea fans shouldn’t be too worried. It was only a few months ago that Kante was explaining why he turned down PSG last summer, and he’s unlikely to have changed his mind about wanting to stay in the Premier League so quickly.
Chelsea fans can only hope that the colossal outlay on Kylian Mbappe and Neymar this summer will stunt the French club’s attempts to make any big signings in the next few windows
