REAL MADRID boss Zinedine Zidane has revealed he will not have the final say on transfers this summer.

Real Madrid is planning a huge summer revamp after a difficult season that has seen them employ three different managers.
Chelsea star Eden Hazard is understood to be their top target and he looks set to leave Stamford Bridge as he enters the final year of his contract.
Neymar is another player who is reportedly being tracked by the club.
Zidane has also admitted he is a huge fan of Manchester United star Paul Pogba, however, he insists the decision on what players to sign will not be solely down to him.
He said: “Will I have plenty of power to decide on transfers and signings? No.
“I’m not even the boss in my own home! There are people here who are very important to the club that helps make decisions and we want to make those together.”
Neymar recently revealed he would like to play alongside Hazard and Zidane teased fans by suggesting both could pair up at the Bernabeu next season.
“I would like to play with Hazard. He has a style similar to mine,” Neymar said last week.
“I think I could give it a try. We would cause havoc together!”
And when Zidane was asked whether they could play together, he replied: “Yes. A lot of players want to come here and play for Real Madrid, but let's see what happens in the future.”
Zidane was also pushed on the future of Gareth Bale who has been linked with a move away from the club.
Bale has been linked with Manchester United and Chelsea having become the scapegoat among fans for their struggles this term.
However, Zidane also claimed he hoped Bale would stay and hinted at the possibility of him playing alongside Hazard and Neymar in a star-studded front line.
“Yes,” he said. “All the good players can play together.
“People told me that I wasn't compatible with [fellow World Cup winner, Yuri] Djorkaeff. What a lot of nonsense, man!
“You can see that Bale is happy. Whether he plays or doesn't play... he's had playing time under me.
“At the end of the season we'll see what's what. I'm not the one who says what Gareth has to do now. He's a player who's part of our plans.
“He has played and he will play more before the end of the season.”

EDEN HAZARD may be having a good season for Chelsea, but the team cannot always rely on him because “he’s not Lionel Messi".

That’s the opinion of former Blues midfielder Craig Burley.
Chelsea was held to a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge yesterday as Burnley threw a major spanner in the works of the top four race.
The Blues are desperate to secure Champions League football for next season and are in a tight battle with Tottenham, Manchester United and Arsenal for the remaining two spots in the Premier League.
Currently, Liverpool and Manchester City are the only two teams confirmed for top four finishes, with the rest of the pack closely fighting it out to join them in the competition next year.
Chelsea - fourth - are level on points with third-placed Tottenham, who have a game in hand.
Behind them, Arsenal is in fifth on 66 points, whilst United are struggling from poor form recently and are on 64 points.
With all three other teams having lost this weekend, facing Burnley at home was the perfect opportunity for Maurizio Sarri’s side to get back into the top four, but they squandered the chance despite coming from behind to lead 2-1.
And Burley explained that Chelsea cannot afford to continuously rely on Hazard to get them out of trouble as the run-in continues.
“Others have to take charge, take responsibility.
“Too often they think ‘he’ll dig us out of the hole, he’ll get us a result’, but today proved that isn’t always going to be the case.”
Hazard struggled on Monday night after Callum Hudson-Odoi suffered a heartbreaking ruptured Achilles injury, which will keep him out until next season.
In the youngster's absence, Hazard was expected to be the driving force behind Chelsea's attacks but Sarri's side struggled to find a way through a stubborn Burnley.
The Londoners' next game sees them face Man United on Sunday (4.30pm).

REAL MADRID boss Zinedine Zidane has confessed he will only let Isco leave Real Madrid should the club sign Chelsea star Eden Hazard, according to reports.

Real Madrid boss Zidane is eyeing a summer transfer for Chelsea star Hazard, who spearheads the Frenchman’s Bernabeu transfer wishlist.
The 27-year-old is widely expected to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season, with Madrid his preferred destination.
The return of Zidane as Real Madrid manager has only seen transfer talk intensify, with the 46-year-old a huge admirer.
That was back in 2010 but, that summer, the La Liga giants opted to sign Angel Di Maria from Portuguese side Benfica instead.
Now, however, could be the time to strike.
And OK Diario claim Zidane will only ponder cutting Isco loose if he lands Hazard from Chelsea at the end of the campaign.
Director Eduardo Inda said: “Zidane has said that as soon as he is tied, Hazard will let Isco go out.”
OK, Diario then elaborates on the situation, claiming that Isco is now eager to stay at Real Madrid and fight for his place.
The Spain international had previously toiled under Santiago Solari, often having to make do with a place on the bench.
But, with Zidane back, he wants to stay.
His cause may not be helped by the signing of Hazard, however, who will provide yet more competition for attacking places.

“Is there anything Sterling cannot do? His weight of pass is superb, his movement off the ball is lethal and he has become deadly in front of goal.

PHILIPPE COUTINHO would prefer to leave Barcelona for Chelsea rather than Manchester United, reports claim.

Philippe Coutinho is facing an uncertain future at Barcelona and, amid his struggles over at the Nou Camp, has been tipped to join either Manchester United or Chelsea when the transfer window reopens.
The Brazil international found the net in last night’s thrilling 4-4 draw with Villarreal.
But Coutinho has looked out of his depth at Barcelona ever since his huge £142million arrival from Liverpool back in January 2018.
As a result of his ongoing struggles, talk of a move away from Catalonia is gathering pace ahead of the summer transfer window.

And Sport is reporting the 27-year-old would be unwilling to join United due to the fact he still remains loyal to former club Liverpool.
The Reds themselves, however, would unlikely fork out for their former No 10 because of the way he left the club.
It has also been reported in the past that Liverpool deems the playmaker too expensive.
But it is claimed Coutinho is, however, willing to join Chelsea.
And that is because the Blues already have four Brazilians at the club in something that would make him more inclined to sign.
Chelsea have Emerson Palmieri, Jorginho, Willian and David Luiz all strutting their stuff at Stamford Bridge.
And, with the Blues primed to lose Eden Hazard to Real Madrid, Coutinho could join as a direct replacement - although they are currently banned from signing players for the next two transfer windows.
Meanwhile, La Liga expert Guillem Balague recently claimed that Barcelona thought their Samba star to be DEPRESSED over at the Nou Camp.

Chelsea will make a move for Philippe Coutinho as a replacement for Eden Hazard if their transfer ban is delayed, according to reports in Spain. The Brazil international has struggled to shine at Camp Nou since his €160 million (£142m) move from Liverpool last summer and is reportedly considering his future. Last week, reports claimed that Coutinho has already told his Brazil teammates during the international break that leaving Barcelona is a genuine possibility at the end of the season.

Chelsea, meanwhile, has already launched an appeal to the FIFA Appeals Committee after being hit with a transfer ban for two windows for breaching rules relating to overseas players under the age of 18. Chelsea is already facing a difficult summer as Eden Hazard looks set to complete his move to Real Madrid.
And according to Sport, Chelsea is planning to use the transfer fee they receive from Hazard to fund a move for Coutinho. The report also claims that Coutinho would welcome the chance to play for Chelsea as he would link up with Willian and David Luiz, as well as Brazil-born duo Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri.

But Chelsea, who are hopeful that their transfer ban will be delayed, will face competition from both Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain. PSG attempted to sign Coutinho ahead of Barcelona in the summer of 2017, while United have reportedly begun talks to sign the 26-year-old.

Zinedine Zidane has already held talks with Eden Hazard about a possible move to Real Madrid from Chelsea FC this summer, according to reports in Spain.

Spanish outlet Sport, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that the newly re-appointed Real Madrid boss has spoken to Hazard about a potential summer switch to the Bernabeu.
According to the same article, the transfer saga involving Hazard appears to be nearing its conclusion, and it would seem that the 28-year-old is closing in on a move to Real Madrid.
Hazard is widely regarded as one of European football’s top attacking talents but Chelsea FC has been struggling to find consistent form this season.
The Blues currently find themselves in sixth place in the Premier League table and facing an uphill battle to try and break back into the top four before the campaign is out.
Hazard is out of contract next summer, and that could force Chelsea FC into making a decision about his future this year.
The same article says that Hazard has been “flirting” with Real Madrid for years and that the Belgium international has already decided what he will do this summer.

Since swapping Lille for Chelsea in 2012, Eden Hazard has gone on to establish himself as one of the best players in both the Premier League and the whole of Europe. His incredible displays with the Blues and for Belgium, however, have attracted interest from one of the biggest clubs in the world: Real Madrid.
Los Blancos have surely had their eye on the mercurial winger for a while now and could be looking to capitalize on the chaos going on at Stamford Bridge by making a summer swoop.
Sky Sports understand that Zinedine Zidane and co have already had a £60m bid for the Blues number 10 rejected, although this is unlikely to prove a big setback for a club who would happily spend nine figures on the right player.
Besides his regularly astonishing displays, the interest from Real is the biggest indicator that Hazard has reached world-class status, although the 98-cap international feels he’s got one man to beat in order to be the best player in England.

Belgium international Eden Hazard could be on the same field as La Liga giants Barcelona soon if talks between his Premier League team, Chelsea, and the Camp Nou side bear fruits. The Blues are making pre-season plans in Asia as they aim to improve their schedule for the manager Maurizio Sarri ahead of next season.
Chelsea are in talks to play two friendlies in Japan this summer, with Barcelona and J-League side Kawasaki Frontale the options for the 2017 Premier League champions to play against, according to Goal. Blues manager Maurizio Sarri previously complained about the amount of travel this pre-season, with the Londoners heading to Australia and then back to Europe to play friendlies in France and Ireland – the last of which saw them lose on penalties to London rival, Arsenal, after a 1-1 draw in Dublin.
The Blues are now looking to make life easier for their coach, whose recent defeat to Man City on penalties and win against Tottenham have eased fears that he was soon to lose his job. The Omiya Stadium in Saitama is one venue being discussed, which houses 15,500, as the Blues look to also include some commercial activities with one of their main sponsors, Yokohama Tyres.
Maurizio Sarri’s team is also looking at having a training camp in Europe, with camps in Austria in several recent seasons proving popular among players. Their plans come outside of the International Champions Cup, which they have taken part in over recent seasons, giving the club more power to dictate their own schedule. An unorthodox end-of-season friendly has also been arranged with New England Revolution, which has been described as a ‘Game For Change’, as the Roman Abramovich led ‘Say No To Antisemitism’ campaign produces a marquee event with the MLS club. The campaign won Community Project of the Year prize at the London Football Awards on Thursday.
However, it remains to be seen if Sarri would be in charge when the pre-season games for the 2019/20 campaign kicks off, with the Italian under pressure to start improving the form of his team and get the players fully behind him following recent dramatic incidents. The latest of the saga at Stamford Bridge saw goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga refuse to be substituted during the Carabao Cup final, leading to the Spanish keeper getting dropped for Willy Caballero in the 2-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday.
Kepa was also fined a week’s wages which would be donated to the Chelsea Foundation as a result of his actions last Sunday at Wembley, as it also remains to be seen if he would be in the starting line-up when the Blues square up against neighbours, Fulham, in another league match this weekend. While Chelsea would be looking to maintain their hunt for a top four finish, Fulham will be hoping to get a result as their struggle to avoid relegation becomes bleak by the day – a 2-0 loss at Southampton led to the sack of Claudio Ranieri with Scott Parker put in his place in the interim.

Chelsea have been hit with a transfer ban for the next two windows, after FIFA found them in breach of rules over the signings of players under the age of 18.

Chelsea have been banned from registering new players in the summer transfer window and next January, after being found guilty of breaching rules in the signings of as many as 29 U-18 players by FIFA, as confirmed by the governing body’s official website.
Chelsea have also been slapped with a £640,000 fine by FIFA and have been given 90 days to “regularise the situation”, while the English FA have also been ordered to pay a fine of £391,000 and told to address the situation within the next six months.
Chelsea have been under investigation by FIFA, sparked by the signing of Bertrand Traore in 2014, for the breach of rules for three years now. The Blues had initially been charged with irregularities in the signing of 93 players under the age of 18, but following Chelsea have already confirmed that they will be appealing the sanction by the game’s governing body. “Chelsea FC acted in accordance with the relevant regulations and will shortly be submitting its appeal to FIFA,” the statement released by the club read.
There is a history of clubs being handed out transfer windows for breach of rules in transfer dealings related to under-age players. Most notably, La Liga heavyweights Barcelona and Atletico Madrid had been hit with bans not very long ago.
There could be serious repercussions for Chelsea ahead of the next season due to the transfer ban. The Blues haven’t been in the best of form of late, with manager Maurizio Sarri under serious pressure of late. The club looked like they were in need of some reinforcements in the summer window, if they are to challenge the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool next season.
However, the ban, subject to appeal, makes that difficult for Chelsea. They can rely on their loan army, with the likes of Mason Mount, Fikayo Tomori, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Tammy Abraham, among many others, all enjoying solid campaigns away from Stamford Bridge.an appeal and further investigation, the number has been reduced to 29.
There is a silver lining for Chelsea though, they will also be able to call on the services of Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic next season. Chelsea signed the USMNT international from Dortmund in the January transfer window, before loaning him back to the German Bundesliga leaders till the end of the season.
The ban will not have any effect on Pulisic’s arrival at the Bridge, considering that he is already on the club’s books since last month, before the sanctions were imposed.
As things stand, Chelsea are set to appeal FIFA’s decision, but it remains to be seen if the appeal bears any fruit. For now, they can take comfort in the fact that Pulisic will be arriving to boost their attacking ranks next summer.

Hazard had started life under Sarri in phenomenal form, his early season displays prompting his boss to declare the Belgian could challenge the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo for the title of the best player in Europe. 
However, like the Blues, his form has dipped massively during a mid-season stutter that his seen him involved in just three goals in his last seven league appearances.
Chelsea are back in Europa League action on Thursday when they face Swedish side Malmo in a break from the Premier League.
Their domestic form has been a massive concern as 'Sarri-ball' continues to perplex the players at the Bridge.
The squad held clear-the-air talks earlier this week following their dismal display at the Etihad, a result that was their third defeat in four top-flight matches.
There is yet another meeting with Pep Guardiola's side when they return from Scandinavia, with their next domestic fixture the Carabao Cup final at Wembley on Sunday February 24.

Barcelona are reportedly offering Philippe Coutinho around to top clubs for a transfer fee of around £105million, with Chelsea likely to be among those.
All recent transfer speculation suggests the Blues are one of the top teams eager to sign Coutinho, with Don Balon recently stating they were prepared to make an offer for the Brazil international.
Given that Eden Hazard is looking increasingly likely to leave for Real Madrid in the summer, a move for Coutinho as the Belgian’s replacement makes a lot of sense.
The 26-year-old was world class in his time in the Premier League with Liverpool, and could surely do a job for Chelsea now despite his struggles at Barcelona.
The latest from Don Balon is that the Catalan giants are now willing to offer the player around, though it seems clubs are reluctant to pay their £105m asking price.
It would be interesting to see if CFC could come up with something, however, as there may not be a better opportunity to sign a direct replacement for Hazard for a price that, in this market, is not all that unreasonable.
