Ernesto Valverde is likely to make a couple of changes to the Barcelona side that beat Rayo Vallecano 3-1 in La Liga on Saturday.
Sergi Roberto should replace Nelson Semedo at right-back, while Ivan Rakitic is expected to come in for Arthur in midfield alongside Sergio Busquets and Arturo Vidal.
Lionel Messi and Philippe Coutinho are certain to flank Luis Suarez, while Gerard Pique, Samuel Umtiti and Jordi Alba should make up the rest of the back four sitting in front of Marc-Andre Ter Stegen.
As far as injuries go, Rafinha is Valverde’s sole absentee - but Ousmane Dembele and Thomas Vermaelen are both doubts.
The score is poised at 0-0 ahead of tonight’s second leg at the Nou Camp following a stalemate out in France in the first, and Valverde insists neither team obtains a clear advantage.
“Nil-nil from the first leg is a result which benefits neither side because if neither of us scores it will go into extra time,” he said.
“Lyon will come here with their weapons, they’ve got a very strong attack – very quick, powerful players up front and I’m sure they’ll try to exploit that.
“They know how important it would be for them to get an away goal tomorrow, so I’m sure they’ll look for that too.”

As things stand, Lyon will only be without long-term absentee Amine Gouiri this evening.
They are sweating on the fitness of Rafael and Marcelo, nevertheless, who is facing a race against time to feature.
Tonight’s clash gets underway at 8:00 pm.

The mood in the Real Madrid camp is far from great at the moment as the Spanish giants have seen their season spiral out of control in the past two weeks.
They ended February by waving goodbye to silverware in the Copa del Rey after losing 3-0 at home to Barcelona in the semi-final, the aggregate score ending 4-1.
The pair then met again three days later in the league but revenge wasn’t on the cards as their rivals won 1-0 to extend the gap between the two to eight points.
And when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, it did.
That’s because Ajax stunned the Bernabeu by inflicting a 4-1 thrashing in the Champions League Round of 16 on Tuesday, despite Madrid holding a 2-1 first leg victory.
Their recent poor form has sparked speculation surrounding some players’ future at the club whilst it seems Santiago Solari’s days at Madrid are likely to be numbered too.
And the performances on the pitch are definitely looking to be taking its toll on the atmosphere off it.

After their European exit on Tuesday, captain Sergio Ramos and president Florentino Perez clashed over the former’s deliberate red card in the first leg.
Now it seems things have boiled over again during Madrid’s training session ahead of their visit to Valladolid tonight.
And Ramos appears to be in the thick of it again.

That’s because the skipper and team-mate Marcelo, who have both been linked with a move to Juventus, clashed during the session, according to Marca.
The pair were on opposing sides during a training match with Marcelo’s team coming out on top and it appears the full-back’s celebration didn’t go down well with Ramos.

However, their team-mates were on hand to stop the altercation from escalating.
Madrid have bigger fish to fry and will be eager to brush that little incident under the carpet as soon as possible as they look to close the gap on Atletico Madrid tonight.
