Antonio Conte has reportedly been given the green light to sign a Juventus defender in a cut-price January deal.
According to a report from the Daily Express, Juve have chosen to cash in on contract rebel Alex Sandro in January and will sell to Chelsea for the right fee.
The Blues were linked with a move for the full-back in the summer, allegedly bidding up to £55m to try and bring him to Stamford Bridge.

Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain have shown interest while Manchester United and Manchester City are also reportedly set to rival Chelsea. The Express report suggests that Juve value Sandro at around £70million, however a recent slump in his level of performances may mean they take a lesser fee.
The report also claims that Conte is considering offering Michy Batshuayi in a possible deal for Monaco star Thomas Lemar.
The Premier League champions believe they have the edge over Arsenal in the race to sign Lemar as their former director Michael Emenalo is now at Monaco.
