That is the view of former Manchester United manager Paul Scholes.
The midfielder reckons Mourinho’s recent comments on “other managers” complaining about player fatigue have got to Conte.
Italian boss Conte hit back over Mourinho’s claims of an unnamed boss who “cries” over squad problems, saying: “I think every coach, every manager, has to talk about his job, about himself, about his team, about his players, and not the other.”
“My answer is always the same. Every coach must be focused on his own work, on his own
, and I think that’s the best way.”
And Scholes reckons those comments show Mourinho has had an influence on his managerial rival.
